Heather started her real estate career (and with Kellstrom-Ray) in 1994 and has gone on to obtain various designations throughout her career and continues to be one of our top producers. In May of 2007, she purchased Kellstrom-Ray from Don and Kathy Ray and remains excited about this business venture! She lives in Sister Bay with her daughters, Kayla and Eva.

Amy has been an agent with Kellstrom-Ray since 2007. She works in the Sister Bay office along with manages the Washington Island branch office as well. Amy spent the early part of her career in marketing and advertising in Chicago. She then moved to Washington Island 20 years ago, married, had 2 children and pursued her career in Door County. Amy has worked hard to bring valuable knowledge to her customers. She has volunteered 10 years on the WI Zoning & Planning Committee, 6 years on the Medical Committee, she spent 2 years as a Supervisor on the WI Town Board and is in her third term (7th year) on the WI School Board, serving as Vice President.

Amie started her real estate career with Kellstrom-Ray in 1997 and has been a full time sales agent as well as office manager who oversees the daily business operations of the office. Amie offers knowledge of the area and it's properties. She is deeply rooted to the Door county area having grown up here and she resides in Ellison Bay with her family. Her grandfather started a movie theater in Baileys Harbor and sold it, then he built the well known SkyWay Drive-In Theater in Fish Creek. Amie serves the public as an Emergency Medical Responder for the Sister Bay/Liberty Grove area.

Like so many who have made Door County their home, Kelly and her family vacationed here for many years before becoming permanent residents. From her very first visit she was captivated by the peninsula’s wonderful mix of north woods and seascape, quaint villages and the rich history.
Kelly’s experience includes 20 years assisting her husband in his real estate practice selling wooded acreage and waterfront properties throughout Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. She also worked as a personal assistant for a real estate broker in Wisconsin Dells, and as an office administrator for a Wisconsin-based land developer. She brings to our office a high level of enthusiasm for Door County and a strong work ethic rooted in twenty years of real estate. |

MaryKay Shumway’s background is as diverse as the exceptional properties she represents. She can trace her heritage back to settlers from Washington Island and Liberty Grove in the 1800’s. She is proud to raise her family here in a place like no other, Door County.
She is a full time Buyers Agent and Listing Agent and was excited to join Kellstrom-Ray in the fall of 2015. MaryKay has many extra credentials behind her and was named Door County REALTOR of the year in 2008, been a member of the Door County Board of REALTORS honor society and when working for Coldwell Banker was named to the Chairman’s Circle for six consistent years and continues to be a top producer. She works very aggressively and professionally in all of her transactions for both her customers and clients. |

Robin started her real estate career in 1977 at Kellstrom Ray Agency. She became a mortgage loan officer at First Northern in Sturgeon Bay in 1985. Then in 1992, she became the branch Manager/mortgage lender at North Shore Bank in Sister Bay until she retired January of 2014. She brings with her years of experience and knowledge in the Door County real estate market.

Craig began marketing real estate back in 1979 and has been with Kellstrom-Ray since 1985. He has spent his entire 34 year career specializing in Northern Door County Real Estate. They have 3 adult children and 2 grandsons.

Debbie Eckert has been a successful, full-time Realtor in Door county for 28 years. She is the fourth generation of her family to be born on the peninsula, and knows it well. After graduation from college with a B.S. in Hotel and Restaurant Management she worked in her field in central WI. It didn't take long for the peninsula to call her back home. she has always been interested in Real estate and has made her career helping other people make their Door county dreams come true.
Debbie has been pro-active in keeping current with changes in the real estate business and always looks for opportunities to further her education. Kate is the newest member of the Kellstrom-Ray team. She has been living and working in Door County for over a decade. With each passing year her love and knowledge of the Door County area has grown. Kate enjoys sharing the Door County dream with everyone she comes in contact with. In her spare time she enjoys hiking with her dog Frank Lloyd Wright and spending time with her husband.
